Ingredients

  • 1 hand full Curry Leaves
  • 10 Red Chilies
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 inch Tamarind piece
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. First take curry leaves wash them and then fry them in a pan and keep aside. Now fry the coriander mustard, and fenugreek seeds. Then fry the red chilies.

  2. Now grind all the above add salt too. Don't grind it too smooth.

  3. After grinding take a pan add 3 tsp oil and add channa and urad dal 1/2 tsp and when they are properly fried add the finely chopped onion and when they turn translucent add the chutney mix well and take it into a container and serve.

Ingredients

  • 150 gms Tamarind Pods
  • 10 Green Chilies
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Fried Menthi seeds
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 3/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. First wash and remove the seed coat from tamarinds. Fry the chilies a little bit.

  2. Now fry and powder the fenugreek seeds and then take all in the grinder add salt and grind.

  3. Then take a pan put 2 tsp oil and add tempering and when they splutter add curry leaves 4 and add this to the chutney, mix well and serve.

This chutney can be spread on the dosa it gives a special taste i love this dosa it is the best my mom used to call it yerra karam dosa. It is a speciality of rayalaseema.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Coconut Pieces fresh
  • 3 tsp Chili Powder leveled
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. First remove the coconut from the shell then make them into small pieces wash them and tae them in the grinder.

  2. Add salt, Chili Powder, and garlic cloves and grind to smooth paste lastly add the onions and grind and take it in a dish.

  3. After spreading the dosa and leaving oil around apply this red chutney about a spoon on the dosa and when it is fried properly fold in the middle and serve.
