Nice tasty curry with rice and chapathis. Can be served as main dish, pleasant change from the usual papus and sambars.
Firstly grind coconut and corriander powder and keep aside.
Cut the onion, tomato and Cabbage into pieces. Now take a pan add oil add the seasoning (mustard seeds, cummin seeds, Channa and Urad dals with curry leaves).
When the seasoning starts to splutter add chillies and onion fry for 5 minutes then add the ground masala and fry till it gets golden.
Now add the cabbage tomato puree, salt, chilli powder, turmeric and fry for another 5 minutes.
Now pour 1/2 glass water and cook till the cabbage is cooked. Garnish with corriander leaves and serve
