Easy paneer fry for beginners. Very tasty and easy to cook.
Take paneer and cut into small cubes, put in salt water and boil, once it starts to boil switch off and throw away the water and keep the paneer pieces aside in a bowl.
Then add all the above ingredients to the paneer and mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
Then take a pan put 5 tsp oil add 6 curry leaves you can also add 1 slit green chilli if you want, now add paneer and fry for 10 mts on low flame keep stirring now and then. when the paneer is slightly fried switch off and garnish with corriander leaves.
