Put oil in a pan add seasoning(1/4tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp cummin, 1tsp each of urad and channa dal, 6 curry leaves)
Once the seasoning starts spluttering add brinjal pieces, tomato pieces and onion finely chopped into the pan.
Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric and cook for sometime till the brinjal is cooked.
Remove from fire and add garlic and corriander powder to the curry(they should be ground together).
Mix evenly. The curry is done easy and tasty
