Very tasty and so easy that even children can make this. So tasty with sambar or dal and rice. Very healthy as it is steamed and doesn't need much oil. It is a must try for everyone.
First take the eggs in a bowl and beat them well add salt and turmeric powder.
Grind chilies, cumin and ginger and add this to the egg also add coriander leaves and curry leaves if you like.
Mix them well with a fork or beater. Take a cooker add 1/2 glass water and immerse the dish of egg mixture and close with a lid and steam.
Cook for 10 minutes after the whistle blows on a low flame and switch off when cool cut into pieces and serve with rice and dal or curries.
