Pumpkin seeds are rich in protein and fiber. They are good for the heart.
Soak pumpkin seeds for six hours. Grind to smooth paste and salt and cook like idlis on steam in an cooker using idli plates. When done cut them into pieces.
Then take a pan add oil and temper with 1/4 tsp of mustard and cumin and curry leaves and when they crackle add onion pieces and green chilies.
When the onions are golden then add ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder and fry for 2 minutes now add pumpkin pieces along with milk and masala powder.
Fry for 5 minutes and then switch off and garnish with coriander leaves.
