An easy and variety curry with tomato and drumsticks. Drumstick is rich in fiber and no fat, high in vitamin A, C and B.
Wash the drumsticks and cut them into 2 inch long pieces. Also cut tomatoes and onions into small pieces.
Fry cumin and coriander seeds and then grind them along with garlic cloves and cashew nuts. and keep aside.
Now take a pan add 5 tsp oil and temper it with mustard seeds and curry leaves and then add onions and fry till translucent.
Then add the tomatoes and fry add salt, turmeric, and chilli powder and cook with lid closed for 7 minutes if too dry add some water.
Add the ground masala and let cook for another 2 minutes or till the drumsticks are well cooked and switch off and serve hot.
