It is very easy to prepare and very tasty. It is made as prasad in all temples and homes during most festivals.
Take a deep pan add ghee and to it add cardamom powder and rava and fry till a nice smell emits take it in a plate and keep aside.
Now in the same pan take milk and add 11/2 glasses water and let boil and then add the rava and keep stirring till all the water is gone and the sujji gets well cooked.
Now add sugar and mix well, Keep cooking and mixing it well till it stops sticking to the sides.
Switch off and immediately transfer it to a plate applied with ghee and spread it evenly and cut it into pieces and sprinkle fried cashew nuts and serve cold or hot.
