Soak gelatine in a little warm water for 5 minutes.
Take only the white part of the eggs and beat thoroughly and keep aside. Now beat the yolks with sugar. Warm the milk and add the yolk and sugar mixture and cook for 7 minutes.
Remove from fire and add gelatine and cocoa and beat well also mix in the beaten egg whites and refrigerate. Serve when cool with cream or cocoa crunches.
