One of the most nutritious sweets. It is so tasty and healthy that you can have it everyday with less sugar. This helps children receive the sufficient amount of proteins and vitamins needed everyday.
Wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into medium pieces.
Boil them in the cooker for 5 minutes after the whistle. After they cool grind them to a smooth paste. Soak the cashew nuts for 15 minutes and grind them also.
Take four glasses of milk in a thick vessel and boil then add carrot pulp and cashew paste and stir well also add sugar according to taste.
Let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes add cardamom powder and switch off. You can also add some fried nuts to this.
Serve hot or chilled.
