Very tasty peanut snack you can prepare in the house instead of buying in the stores. It is cleaner and healthier to prepare in the house and you can use whichever oil you want.
Wash the rice and soak it in water for 1 to 2 hrs. Fry the red chilies and keep aside.
After 2 hrs take all the ingredients ( soaked rice, chilies, salt, turmeric and garlic cloves ) .and grind them into a paste.
Take a pan add 3 tsp oil and fry the peanuts and add the ground masala and apply it evenly to the peanuts and fry for a minute or two and switch off and let cool and when dry store them in a airtight container.
