Boil the cauliflower in salt water. Grind the chutney ingredients to smooth paste.
Stuff the cauliflower with the chutney. Immerse the tomatoes in salt water for 10 minutes.
Remove from water and grate the tomatoes, Fry the onions for 2 minutes, add the remaining ingredients to the onion fry for 2 minutes.
Remove from fire and pour the sauce over the stuffed cauliflower. Sprinkle grated cheese over them. Bake the prepared cauliflower in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes till done.
