When my usual dosa batter is left i add 4 to 5 tbsp of wheat flour and make this dosa. It is soft and tasty and a change from the usual dosas.
Take the dosa batter to it add the wheat flour salt and soda and mix well with water.
The consistency should be a little loose than dosa batter. You can directly make the dosas or you can add the onion, green chili and coriander for more better taste.
you should leave the batter aside for half to one hour. But if you do not have time to ferment it you can make the dosas immediately.
