Very tasty with pongal, dosa , Upma etc
First wash the tomatoes ans green chilies and tamarind.
Take a pan add 2 tsp oil and fry the green chilies, then the tomatoes they should get mushy.
Then also fry the tamarind so it gets soft.
Take a grinder add all the ingredients add salt and cloves also and grind.
You can temper it if you want with curry leaves, mustard, cumin, channa dal etc.
