It is one of my favourite breakfast recipes. It is also good as a dinner snack.
First take the puffed rice in a container and pour water and soak the it for half an hour and then remove it from water and squeeze out excess water and take in a dish and keep aside.
Grind the green chilies add a little salt and keep aside,
Now take a wide bottomed vessel and add oil and add 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds, 1 tsp of channa and urad dal and when they crackle add curry leaves and turmeric and puffed rice and mix well.
To this also add channa dal powder, coconut powder, chili paste and salt and lemon juice and mix well and when it gets heated remove from fire garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
