My favourite dish with bread it is good for breakfast and also as a snack. Great boon for bachelors and working mothers. Your children will eat it without making a fuss. You can make the curry and use it on bread when ever you like.
Take a pan add oil and add garlic and fry for some time now add chopped onions chilies and tomatoes and fry well.
Then add chili powder, salt and coriander powder and fry till done.
Now spread this curry on all 8 breads dividing equally and top it with shredded cheese and toast it in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes on 180 degrees. And serve hot.
You can also add capsicum and corn as variation. I also like adding some chili flakes on top.
