When ever I am in a hurry and don't have much time I make this paneer curry so so easy even children can make this but it is so tasty you will be making it every other day. You get all the nutrients you need from this curry you can combine it with chapati, rice and noodles.
Wash the paneer block in hot water and then cut it into pieces and add all the above ingredients and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
Chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces. slit the green chilies. Now take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and put the garlic and ginger pieces, curry leaves and slit green chilies and fry till a nice aroma comes then add paneer pieces and fry for 3 minutes and switch off
Before you switch off garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Don't fry for too long the paneer gets a little bit hardened.
