First clean the chicken pieces take them in a cooker and let all the water leave the chicken then add salt turmeric and chili powder and boil for 4 minutes after the whistle.
Mean while grind all the ingredients given above for the masala and keep aside. Cut the tomatoes and onions into small pieces.
Take a pan add oil and onions and fry till brown now add tomatoes and fry also add the masala and fry well for 5 minutes or more till the oil starts to surface and then add the chicken pieces and cook keep stirring in between.
Just little before switching off add vinegar and fry well lastly garnish with coriander leaves and switch off. This curry can also be tried with prawns it tastes very good.
