First wash the chicken and cook it in a cooker for 5 minutes after whistle, add turmeric and salt and cook.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and keep aside. Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste ( Fry the coriander seeds, red chilies and onions and grind them along with coconut ).
Now take a pan add oil and tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and fry till the tomatoes get mushy now add masala and fry till it gets golden brown and oil starts to ooze out.
Now add the boiled chicken to this masala and fry well keep stirring in between. Before switching off add coriander leaves and serve hot. Fry for at least 10 minutes.
