First clean the sesame seeds and soak them in water for 3 hours then grind the along with cashew nuts.
Cut the onion into small pieces. Slit the green chilies and keep aside.
Take a pan add oil temper with 1/2 tsp of mustard and cumin seeds, add 4 curry leaves and fry then add chilies and onion pieces and fry till translucent.
Now add sesame paste, ginger garlic paste, pudina leaves, salt, chili powder, and fry well till the oil surfaces and the gravy is cooked without the raw smell.
