Ingredients
- 250 gms Ladies Finger
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala

Wash and dry the bindis. Make slits length wise and stuff with the above masala mix.

Heat oil in a frying pan add the bindis and cook on low flame till done. Keep stirring in between so they do not burn.
