Pudina and Coriander Chutney
This chutney can be used as sandwich spread. It is highly nutritious as both coriander and mint are cooling and have good vitamin contents.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Pudina ( Mint )
- 1 bunch Coriander Leaves
- 15 Garlic Flakes
- 1 Onion, small
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Amchur Powder

Wash the pudina and kothimira leaves and take them in a grinder add garlic, onion, amchur powder and salt and grind to a fine paste.
