Pudina and Coriander Chutney

This chutney can be used as sandwich spread. It is highly nutritious as both coriander and mint are cooling and have good vitamin contents.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Pudina ( Mint )
  • 1 bunch Coriander Leaves
  • 15 Garlic Flakes
  • 1 Onion, small
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Amchur Powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the pudina and kothimira leaves and take them in a grinder add garlic, onion, amchur powder and salt and grind to a fine paste.
