Pala Munnakaya (Drumstick Curry with Milk)
A very pleasurable vegetable mixed with the right amount of milk to give rise to a unique Indian dish which has a marvelous taste and one of my favorites.

Ingredients
- 2 big Onions (Finely Chopped)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 whole Drumsticks
- 3 tsp Oil
For Seasoning:
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Channa Dal
- 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- 8 Curry Leaves
Instructions

Create the Seasoning first by adding the following:
Oil
tsp Mustard seeds
Cumin Seeds
tsp Channa dal
Urad dal
Curry Leaves

Add the following in a pan:
Oil
Seasoning
Onions
Fry in low heat till they are translucent.

Then add:
Coriander powder
Salt
Chili Powder
Drumsticks

Fry for sometime. Then add water and boil for sometime.

Once the water has reduced in the pan, add milk and keep boiling till the milk has evaporated too.

Switch off the stove

Garnish with coriander leaves for after taste.

Can be served with Rice or Chapati.
