Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese

For The Chutney

  • 1 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 2 tbsp Grated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

For the Sauce

  • 2 Tomatoes large
  • 1 Onion grated
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the cauliflower in salt water.  Grind the chutney ingredients to smooth paste.

  2. Stuff the cauliflower with the chutney.  Immerse the tomatoes in salt water for 10 minutes.

  3. Remove from water and grate the tomatoes, Fry the onions for 2 minutes, add the remaining ingredients to the onion fry for 2 minutes.

  4. Remove from fire and pour the sauce over the stuffed cauliflower. Sprinkle grated cheese over them.  Bake the prepared cauliflower in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes till done.

Ingredients

  • 5 slices Bread
  • 3 Tomatoes big
  • 3 Green Chi;lies
  • 2 Onions
  • 5 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt add Little by little

Instructions

  1. Take bread slices make them into medium sized pieces and fry them in pan by adding 1 tsp of ghee. Fry till brown and crisp.

  2. Wash the onions, and tomatoes and cut them into small pieces, slit the green chilies and keep aside.

  3. Take a pan add 3 tsp oil and add 1/4 tsp of mustard and 1/2 tsp of channa dal and when they crackle add curry leaves then add onions, when they become translucent add tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. 

  4. Then add salt chili powder and turmeric and fry then add bread pieces mix well and fry for another three minutes, Keep stirring often.  Switch off and serve hot.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg Nuvulanuna ( sesame Oil )
  • 2 Big Cauliflowers
  • 12 Lemons
  • 1/2 cup Chili Powder small
  • 3 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 3 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 3 pods Garlic without skin
  • 4 tbsp Salt leveled

Instructions

  1. First fry the fenugreek and mustard seeds and powder them.

  2. Wash the cauliflower florets in salt water and keep in a plate to dry.  The florets should be small sized so that the salt and chili powder will enter them well and give a nice taste.

  3. Now take the oil in a dry vessel add salt, chili powder, fenugreek powder, mustard powder and garlic pieces.  No cooking please everything is raw.

  4. Now add the cauliflower and mix well to the end add the juice from the lemons. Leave to ferment for a week and use. Taste and add extra spices or salt to your liking.

  5. i cannot give exact salt measurements because even little bit more or less spoils the taste.
