Easy to make as a side dish and also healthy with vitamin A and C.

Ingredients
- 300 grams Lady Finger
- 2 Dry Chillies
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 Onions, small
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder or 2 Green Chilies finely chopped
- 1 tsp Corriander Powder
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 5 tsp Oil
Instructions

Take a pan put oil add mustard seeds, dry chillies, onion pieces and fry till nicely done.

Then add lady finger pieces and let cook for 2 to 3 minutes. If adding green chilies instead if chili powder add them now.

Now add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder fry for some time then add 1/4 cup water and cook for 10 minutes till the vegetable is cooked.

Then add corriander powder and garlic, grated to the curry snd fry for 5 minutes and switch off and serve hot.
