Ingredients

  • 700 gms Chicken
  • 50 gms Chilies
  • 3 Onions big
  • 10 gms Ajinamotto
  • 50 gms Cornflour
  • 2 tsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. First clean the chicken pieces and take them in a bowl add salt, pepper, eggs, cornflour, ajinomoto, soya sauce and chili sauce. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Then deep fry the chicken and keep aside.  Now take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and put the green chilies and fry then add the onions (cut lengthwise).

  3. After the onions get brown add the chicken pieces, soya sauce 1/2 tsp, If you want you can some more of vinegar and chili sauce and fry for so time before switching off add corriander leaves.
