Ingredients
- 700 gms Chicken
- 50 gms Chilies
- 3 Onions big
- 10 gms Ajinamotto
- 50 gms Cornflour
- 2 tsp Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
Instructions

First clean the chicken pieces and take them in a bowl add salt, pepper, eggs, cornflour, ajinomoto, soya sauce and chili sauce. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Then deep fry the chicken and keep aside. Now take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and put the green chilies and fry then add the onions (cut lengthwise).

After the onions get brown add the chicken pieces, soya sauce 1/2 tsp, If you want you can some more of vinegar and chili sauce and fry for so time before switching off add corriander leaves.
