Mint And Coconut Chutney
Quite taste with most dishes like idli, dosa, upma, lemon rice etc

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Mint Leaves
- 1 Cup Fresh Coconut Pieces
- 1 tsp Fried Channa Dal
- 6 Green Chilies
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions

Wash the mint leaves and fry them a bit also fry the green chilies.

Add all the above ingredients and grind to a paste and add tempering.

Take 2 tsp oil add 1/2 tsp of mustard and cumin seeds and 1 tsp of channa and urad dal and 5 curry leaves and when they splutter add to the cutney and mix well.
