Ingredients

  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 12 Green Chilies
  • 1 Lemon Sized Tamarind Ball
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. First wash the tomatoes ans green chilies and tamarind.

  2. Take a pan add 2 tsp oil and fry the green chilies, then the tomatoes they should get mushy.

  3. Then also fry the tamarind so it gets soft.

  4. Take a grinder add all the ingredients add salt and cloves also and grind.

  5. You can temper it if you want with curry leaves, mustard, cumin, channa dal etc.
