Ingredients

  • 250 gms Ladies Finger
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the bindis. Make slits length wise and stuff with the above masala mix.

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan add the bindis and cook on low flame till done.  Keep stirring in between so they do not burn.
