Easy Tandoori Paneer

When ever I am in a hurry and don't have much time I make this paneer curry so so easy even children can make this but it is so tasty you will be making it every other day.  You get all the nutrients you need from this curry you can combine it with chapati, rice and noodles.

Ingredients

  • 1 Paneer Packet ( 250 gms )
  • 11/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Everest Tandoori Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Salt ( taste and add some more )
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger Piece
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 8 Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash the paneer block in hot water and then cut it into pieces and add all the above ingredients and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.  

  2. Chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces.  slit the green chilies.  Now take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and put the garlic and ginger pieces, curry leaves and slit green chilies and fry till a nice aroma comes then add paneer pieces and fry for 3 minutes and switch off 

  3. Before you switch off garnish with chopped coriander leaves.  Don't fry for too long the paneer gets a little bit hardened.
