Chili Paneer

Paneer is high in calcium and phosphorous. I love paneer because you can make many variety of dishes with it. It combines well with vegetables. Goes well with traditional and contemporary type of dishes. You get 14% of B12. This vitamin is found very less in plant based foods so vegetarians can get it from paneer. High in B2.
