Tomato Chutney

Very easy to make and tastes good with bondas and vadas also can be used as sand wich spread. All the ingredients should be ground raw no need of frying.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg Tomato
  • 1 bunch Coriander Leaves
  • 1 bunch Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Lemon Juice as needed

Instructions

  1. Wash the mint and coriander leaves. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

  2. Now take all the ingredients in the grinder add salt and grind to a paste.

  3. After tasting if you want you can add some more salt.
