These sweet balls made of jaggery and urad dal are very health promoting.  They increase the immune system and strengthen and bones and muscles.  Good for anemic people.  They are also good for pregnant mothers pre and post pregnancy,

Ingredients

  • 11/2 Glass Urad
  • 1 glass Jaggery
  • 1/2 glass Ghee
  • 15 Cashewnuts

Instructions

  1. Take urad in the grinding jar and grind it to a smooth paste. Likewise grind jaggery and then mix both and add 5 cardamoms and grind to smooth paste.

  2. Take in a wide bowl add cashew pieces and pour hot ghee on the powder and mix well and make balls immediately and store in air tight jars.
