Soya Chicken Fry

Indian cum chinese recipe.  Soya sauce is used so i said chinese.  The rest is made south Indian style.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Chicken
  • 4 Tomatoes small
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 11/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Clove and cinnamon powder
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 11/2 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. First wash the chicken and take it in the cooker and put it on slow flame till all the water evaporates from the chicken.

  2. Then add salt, turmeric, chili powder, tomatoes and onions ( finely chopped ) and fry well till the tomatoes get mushy now add 1/4 glass water close the lid and cook for 5 minutes after the whistle and switch off.

  3. Take a pan add oil add clove and cinnamon powder and the chicken from the cooker and fry well also add coriander powder and pepper powder.

  4. Keep stirring in between, the chicken should get roasted well, now add soya sauce and fry for 2 minutes and switch off, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
