Simple Prawn Roast
This dish needs very basic ingredients that blend well with prawns and make them very tasty. The right amounts of ingredients are what make a dish tasty. If you are new add salt and chili little by little so you don't add too much of it.
Ingredients
- !/4 kg Prawns
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 Onions Chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 Tomatoes ( finely Chopped )
- 3 Cloves
- 3 Cinnamon Pieces
- 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander leaves
- 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions

Wash the prawns thoroughly with turmeric and water and squeeze out the excess water from prawns.

Take them in a cooker add salt, turmeric, and chili powder and pour 1/2 glass water and cook them for 15 minutes after the whistle.

Now take a pan, add oil and put the coves, cinnamon and onions and fry till golden brown add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and fry till tomatoes get mushy and then add the prawns from the cooker and coriander leaves.

Keep stirring occasionally and let fry for 10 minutes. The water should evaporate and the gravy should get roasted. The oil will start to surface then switch off. If you need more salt or chili powder you can add.
