Simple Keema Fry
Very simple to make and high in proteins and b12. Goes well with rice or chapatis. children will love it with chapatis or with bread. You can use this in between two breads with cheese to make sand witches.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Keema
- 2 tbsp curd
- 2 tsp chili Powder
- 3 small pieces Cinnamon
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Cardamoms
- 2 Onions medium sized
- 6 curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- 2 tsp coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 8 Garlic Cloves.
Instructions

First grind coconut, coriander powder, garlic cloves, cumin and i onion and keep aside.

Then wash the keema and squeeze out the water and take it in a cooker and let all the excess water from the keema evaporate now add chili powder, turmeric, salt and masala and fry for 5 minutes till the masala looses the raw smell now add curd and 1/4 cup water and close the lid and cook for 15 minutes after the whistle.

Then take a pan add oil and add cardamom, clove, cinnamon, curry leaves and onion pieces and fry till the onion becomes light brown now add the keema from the cooker and fry till oil comes to surface.

In the end add 1/2 tsp ghee and garnish with corriander leaves and switch off. Enjoy with rice, chapati pulka, rotis, fried rices, breads.
