Simple Fish Fry

Very easy to make doesn't take much of your time.  Good option for bachelors and students.  Fish is also very nutritious and rich in omega 3, B 9 and proteins.  So it is a must for all of us. Less fat so good for your heart.

Ingredients

  • 4 Fish Pices
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Lemon its juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish pieces thoroughly with turmeric and salt and then take them in a dish and add all the above ingredients and mix well and leave them to marinate for one hour.

  2. Then take a pan add oil and put the pieces and close with a lid and fry till done.

  3. After one side is done turn the other side and fry with lid closed.  Once they are properly cooked and fried sprinkle pepper powder and garnish with coriander leaves. Over.
