I always used to think that these kababs were very difficult to make but when i found them in my amma's diary and tried this it was quite easy and very tasty so I could not help but put it on the net. You'll try it too and enjoy this dish.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Minced Meat
- 2 tbsp Gram Dal Paste
- 1 Large Onion
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 tbsp Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Copped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 tbsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 Egg ( beaten )
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 3/4 tsp Salt
Instructions

Wash the meat thoroughly and place it in a cooker also add dal, onions, garlic, chili powder, turmeric, salt and water and cook for 10 minutes after the whistle.

If there is water left in the meat evaporate it on low flame. Then let it cool and grind it with rest of the ingredients. add the egg and mix thoroughly.

Divide into small portions and make them into balls and shallow fry them till brown. This is the best snack to serve during cool winter parties.
