Very tasty pudding one of my favourites. Tried it a lot of times and enjoyed the delicious taste. I know there are lots of pudding recipes on the net. Try this one too.

Ingredients
- 1/2 liter Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Venilla Essence.

Boil the milk, add 6 tbsp sugar lower the flame and let the milk boil for another 7 minutes, switch off. Leave it to cool.

Meanwhile take the eggs in a container and beat the eggs til stiff. once the milk cools mix in the eggs and add venilla essence and pressure cook it without the weight.

It will take about 25 minutes. Garnish with nuts and enjoy.
