Prawns with Garlic Sauce
Very tasty chinese curry goes well with noodles, fried rice. All the teenagers now a days like these type of curries. They can be eaten with bread also. I am also a fan of chinese dishes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 kg Prawns
- 1/4 cup Spring Onion
- 11/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tsp Chili Sauce
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Pinch Ajinamoto
Instructions

First wash the prawns thoroughly. Mix the con flour with water to form medium consistency and keep aside.

Now take a pan add oil and put ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes now add prawns and fry till lightly brown. Then add salt and water and cook till the prawns are cooked well. Now add the cornflour paste and fry well.

In another pan add oil and fry the onions till translucent now add tomato sauce, soya sauce,, chili sauce, ajinamoto and vinegar and fry. to this add the fried prawns and fry for sometime and switch off.
