Pork Fry

Pork is rich in nutrients it has high omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Rich in selenium and zinc. Rich in all B vitamins and small amounts of A and C. It gives 28% of B12 of DV (daily value). It is a must if you are a non-vegetarian. Try this curry even those who have never eaten pork will start eating it.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg Pork Meat
  • 1 Onion small pieces
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 3/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Saunf (fennel seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Pepper seeds
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. First wash the pork thoroughly and put in cooker and let the water from the pork evaporate completely and then add onion pieces, turmeric, salt, chili powder and ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes and mix well then pour 1/4 cup water and cook for 15 minutes after the whistle.

  2. Meanwhile take a pan and fry cumin, pepper, saunf, and powder them in the blender.  

  3. Once the pressure in the cooker has decreased remove the lid.  Take a pan add oil and add the contents from the cooker into the pan and fry stirring in between.

  4. It takes about 7 to 8 minutes. Then add the masala powder and fry for another 4 minutes keep stirring it starts sticking to the surface. The meat should get well Roasted. If salt or chili powder is less you can add some more.

  5. Serve hot with rice it is good with chapatis too.
