Pakoda Pulusu (Curry with Pakodas)
A mouth watering side dish either served as a side dish or as a snack. Crunchy pakodas made softer due to the pulusu taste absolutely delightful when eaten with rice. One of the easiest and best dishes to make.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 big Onion
- 1/2 tsp Menthi Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 cup Grated Dry Coconut
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/2 cup Tamarind Juice
- 5 tsp Oil
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
For making Masala:
- 1 Coconut ground paste
- 1/4 tsp Poppy seeds
Instructions

First dry the pakodas and keep aside.

Add the following in a pan:
Oil
Cloves
Cinnamon
Onion pieces
Mustard seeds
Fenugreek Seeds

Fry till the Onions are Brown.

Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry for some time.

Add Masala and Coriander Powder and fry well.

After 10 Minutes add Tamarind juice.

Add the Pakodas after 5 min and mix well. Fry for a few more minutes.

Switch off the flame. Ready to be served.
