This my favourite chicken when i was young. I used to ask my mother to make it again and again. it is also very easy to make uses less oil and can also be baked for health conscious people. Chicken is rich in proteins and Phosphorous and potassium. Growing children need protein to grow and for muscle building.
Wash the chicken well and take it in a cooker and let all the water evaporate then add all the ingredients except pepper powder and onions and cook for 5 to 7 minutes after the whistle blows.
Then take a pan add 3 tbsp oil and add onions and when they become brown add the chicken and roast well and in the end add pepper powder and butter or ghee. If you want you can add more salt or chili powder according to taste.
In the end add 1/2 tsp coriander powder and fry for a minute and switch off.
