I loved this bake, it was the first bake that I had ever eaten. I must have been in my eighth class then. Believe me your children will love it. It is healthy as it needs less oil and baking is know to be better than frying according to health experts, so please try it. There must be lots of bakes on the foreign websites but this is Indian style.

Keema Balls in Tomato Gravy

Keema Balls in Tomato Gravy

It is a dish to try, takes a little extra time since the keema balls have to be made seperately and the tomato gravy separately and then mixed but worth the time taken.  Tastes good with chapaties.

Kadai Paneer

Kadai Paneer

This is also one of my favourite dishes, it is nutrient rich.  !00 gms of paneer has 18 grams of protein, 208 mg of calcium a good amount of omega 6 and little of omega 3. So eat it at least twice a week.
