- 5 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 3 tsp Fried Channa Dal
- 6 Red Dry Chilies
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 6 Curry Leaves
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions

Take a pan fry all the ingredients except garlic.

Then take all the ingredients also garlic and salt and grind to a fine powder

Store it in a tight jar and serve with idli, dosa, rice etc.
