Ingredients

  • 5 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 3 tsp Fried Channa Dal
  • 6 Red Dry Chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 6 Curry Leaves
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Take a pan fry all the ingredients except garlic.

  2. Then take all the ingredients also garlic and salt and grind to a fine powder

  3. Store it in a tight jar and serve with idli, dosa, rice etc.
