Ingredients

  • 450 gms Chicken Legs
  • 2 Onions medium
  • 1 Tomato big
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste heaped
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 3/4 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Copped Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add 3 tbsp oil and add onions and fry till translucent then add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and garam masala and fry till tomatoes get mushy.

  2. Mean while clean the chicken and squeeze out the excess water and add it to the pan and add salt, chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric and cook for 4 minutes keep stirring in between.

  3.  then add one cup water and cook with lid closed till the chicken gets tender and gets well cooked add pepper and fry till the gravy thickens and well fried garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
