Lemon juice is a fav drink of south India and is a great for maintaining the pH levels of the body and also acts as a detoxifying agent. It also protects the body from immune system deficiencies. Warm lemon juice drunk on an empty stomach in the early mornings help stimulate the gastrointestinal tract. Cold lemon juice is also favored during the summer season.

Ingredients
- 6 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 Lemon
- 1/4th tsp Ginger juice (Optional)
- 500 ml water
Instructions

Take a glass of water in a container

Add sugar into the water and stir it well till the sugar is dissolved

Squeeze the lemon juice into the water

Add 1/4th tsp Ginger Juice

Stir well and Serve. Tastes better when chilled.
