Gongura Pachadi
Very tasty chutney tastes good with rice. it is very nutritious provides calcium and iron good for pregnant ladies and feeding mothers. It is also good for growing children

Ingredients
- 2 hands full Gongura Leaves
- 7 green Chilies
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions

Wash the gogura leaves and take a pan add 2 tsp oil and fry it. Also fry the green chilies, cumin and coriander seeds and grind all of these in the grinder.

Now take a pan add 2 tsp oil temper with mustard seeds and channa dal and when they splutter add the finely chopped onions and a pinch aesofotida and then the chutney and fry.

Don't forget to add salt when grinding.
