Ginger Chicken
Ginger Chicken Indian type
My mom's modified ginger chicken try it very tasty goes well with plain rice also.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 2 tbsp Vinehar
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Chili Powder leveled
- 2 cloves
- 2 small pieces Cinnamon
- 1 Onion big
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Oil
Instructions

Wash the chicken pieces well and take them in a cooker and add all the ingredients except onion clove and cinnamon, mix well and pour 1/4 cup water and cook for 5 minutes after the whistle. You can marinate for 1 hour and then cook if you want.

Now take a pan add oil and clove, cinnamon an onion pieces and fry till light brown keep stirring then add the chicken from the cooker ( wait till the pressure decreases in the cooker before opening the lid).

Keep frying stirring occasionally till the chicken gets a roasted look but it should not get too dry. It might take 5 to 7 minutes. If there is water it might take even more. Leave it on low flame to fry.

When the oil starts to ooze out switch off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
