Ingredients
- 8 Fish Pieces without Bone
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 11/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 4 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
Instructions

Wash the pieces well then take them in bowl and add vinegar, lime juice, turmeric, salt, Chili powder, pepper and ginger garlic paste, mix well and marinate for one hour.

Beat the egg into the cornflour and add some water and mix to make a loose thick paste. Now dip the fish pieces in this mixture and roll in bread crumbs and deep fry.

Take a pan fill 1/4th of pan with oil and deep fry the fish pieces till brown and serve hot. You can add food colour if you want.
